Shipping Policy

Every product at Keeplia Studio is printed to orderright after you check out — we don't hold stock, so delivery time includes both production time and shipping time.

Processing time

Order tracking

Once your order is handed to the carrier, you'll get a tracking number by email. An order-tracking page isn't live yet — that's coming once the full ordering system is live.

Wrong shipping address

Since products are printed to order right after checkout, we can't guarantee a change of shipping address once an order has entered production. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.

Delays outside our control

We're not responsible for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other events beyond our control.
