Refund Policy

Because every product is printed to order and personalized for you, we don't accept returns for a change of mind (wrong color/size picked by mistake, no longer wanting it, etc.). Clear exceptions are listed below.
When you're eligible for a refund or replacement
- The product has a printing defect (blurry, misaligned, or wrong color vs. the confirmed preview).
- The product was damaged in shipping.
- You received the wrong product or wrong quantity vs. your order.
How to request a refund

Cancelling an order
Since production starts right after you order, cancellation requests can only be honored if the order hasn't entered production yet. Reach out as soon as possible after ordering if you need to cancel.
Refund timing
Once a request is approved, funds are refunded to your original payment method within [TO FILL IN: e.g. 5–10 business days], depending on your bank/Stripe processing time.
